Charis Santillie is the founder of Charis Your Life®, Fearless Transitions Coach, dynamic speaker, and podcast host. She is a multi-faceted professional with over three decades of entrepreneurial experience and is also a Certified Fearless Living® Coach and Certified Fearless Trainer.
Growing up watching her parents build an award-winning gourmet pasta business, Charis learned early the value of hard work and resilience. But at 19, her world changed when a hot air balloon accident left her Dad paralyzed and sent her Mom into alcoholism.
Charis managed her internal crisis by becoming a hyper-achiever, giving her the illusion of safety and control. This defining moment eventually led her on a journey of profound healing—and a calling to help others break free from their own invisible constraints.
Her career has spanned diverse ventures, including managing high-stakes investor presentations in Silicon Valley, launching her husband’s orthodontic practice, and pioneering marketing technology—giving her a deep understanding of the overachiever’s drive, and the quiet longing for something more meaningful.
