Welcome, everyone, to a very special episode of my podcast – drum roll …… this is Episode 100!!!!

Woohoo! Can you believe it!

There’s a song lyric coming to mind now: “Celebrate good times, come on!” (Thank you, Kool & The Gang!)

I am deeply grateful to each and every one of you who has joined me on this journey.

Today, in honor of this special episode, I’m sharing a concept that beautifully encapsulates what we've been doing together through every story, every conversation, and every insight shared through this podcast.

One of my fabulous clients recently shared a wonderful quote with me of something she saw Scott Boddie say:

"Don't just connect the dots. Draw constellations."

– Scott Boddie

This idea resonated with me on so many levels. It's about seeing beyond the obvious connections, looking deeper into the vastness of our experiences, and finding patterns and pictures that tell a richer, more interesting story.

In every episode, when we explore new ideas or revisit familiar ones with fresh eyes, we're not just connecting points; we're creating constellations in our consciousness. Each insight, each shared laugh, each shared tear, and every moment of vulnerability contribute to this collective experience together.

So, today, as I reflect on this journey, I can consider each episode as a star in the sky. Individually, they do shine, and offer some guidance, comfort, or a little inspiration. But together, they form constellations that tell a bigger story with a bigger energy that guides us through life's challenges.

What about you? Consider your own life's constellations. Where have you found unexpected connections? How have seemingly random moments come together to reveal something greater? The idea of creating constellations as we connect the dots encourages us to practice curiosity, openness, and, above all, trust and faith—that every experience, no matter how small, contributes to our greater good, somehow, someway, in the larger picture of our lives.

As we move forward, let's be constellation creators in our own lives and in the lives of those around us. Let's look for the deeper connections, the broader view, and the expansive stories that connect us.

Thank you for being a part of this incredible journey. Here's to the next hundred episodes, to the new stars we'll discover together, and to all the constellations we'll draw. Remember, as Scott Boddie says, it's not just about connecting the dots; it's about drawing constellations.

And I can’t talk about stars and constellations without a treasured memory coming to mind. When my husband and I were in New Zealand about six years ago, we saw the most amazing night sky. We were in a cabin up on a hill in an area on the coast where there really was no light pollution from buildings or street lamps. It was absolutely stunning and the clearest night sky I’ve ever seen. Plus, we got to see stars and constellations that we never get to see in the Northern Hemisphere. I’ll never forget the magnificence of that moment.

“For my part, I know nothing with any certainty, but the sight of the stars makes me dream.”

— Vincent Van Gogh
